Aluminium Filter Housing - Model 203AL

Headlines 200 series filter housings are available in two versions:
An all aluminium construction, or with a lower cost aluminium head with clear polycarbonate bowl. The transparent bowls allow visual monitoring of the filter element condition. 

There is also an aluminium long bowl version for applications that require more internal volume below the filter element for coalesced liquid before draining. 

These filters are extensively used in applications where non-corrosive gases are filtered. They are light weight and perfect as final instrumentation & valve protection by removing water, oil & dirt with high efficiency. 

In addition to gas analysis and instrumentation applications, Headline 200 series is widely used for compressed air filtration when fitted with a coalescing type filter element.  

Each housing configuration is available without a drain for particulate filtration, or with a manual drain for coalescing applications.

Aluminium bowls are supplied with a manual twist brass drain fitting and the polycarbonate bowls are fitted with a manual twist nylon drain. 

The part number structure for the two variants are as follows:
If the number does not have either "A" or "AL" after it, then it will be an aluminium head with Polycarbonate bowl. (e.g. Model 210)

If the part number has either of the following after it:
A = all aluminium construction. (e.g. Model 210A)
AL = all aluminium construction with LONG bowl. (e.g. Model 210AL)
